Ariel Dinar is a Lead Economist in the Development Research Group, doing research in and publishing on economics of water resources and climate change.  Dinar holds a B.A and an Ms.C. in Agricultural Economics and a Ph.D. in Agriculture and Resource Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
