Summary: Textbook was prepared as a result of the educational component of the Regional Program titled Improving Forest Law Enforcement and Governance in the European Neighborhood Partnership East Countries and Russia. This textbook is intended to provide economic forest management knowledge that will allow making administrative decisions on use, reproduction and protection of forests while preventing, eliminating or minimizing illegal and corrupt practices.
