LEANDRE BASSOLE from Burkina Faso is a PhD student at the Center for Studies and Researches in International Development (CERDI), University of Auvergne, France. His research interests include impact evaluation, decentralization, infrastructure, micro-finance and child health. He was a junior consultant for 2 years for a Bank Community Driven Development project in Senegal.
