ANNETTE RICHTERÂ completed her MPA in International Development at Harvard University in 2005. She previously worked in the World Bank Human Development network, with Community Driven Development and Decentralization initiatives. Her recent research topics include local governance, transparency and participation. Annette served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras and specialized in micro credit and micro enterprise initiatives.
