FATS data
FATS are statistics on trade and activity of Multinationals’ Affiliates (“foreign affiliates”) developed to analyze their specific role. FATS can be seen as a subset of FDI stocks (entities directly controlled), that measure sales (turnover), exports and imports of goods and services, value added and employment, of resident (inward) and non resident (outward) affiliates of multinational enterprises (MNEs).
