Description and Format

This document provides information on the details of how the survey was implemented.  It includes a description of the content of the questionnaires, the sample framework, the field work, how to use the data and the constructed data provided for researchers.

 

The questionnaires are an essential tool for using the data.  The household questionnaire collects information on household composition, housing conditions, agriculture and animal husbandry, expenditures, and income.

  

The population point questionnaire collects demographic information on the community in which the households are located, infrastructure, economy, refugees and displaced persons, education, health, agriculture, institutions, and prices of food items. 

 

This manual provides instructions to the interviewers who conducted the interviews in the field.  It contains instructions and procedures used in implementing the survey.    

 

This manual provides instructions on how the Field Supervisors were to perform their duties.     

 

This manual provides information on how to key enter the data using the Blaise system.    

This document contains information on the variables constructed during the analyses of the data.
