World Development Reports 
The World Bank's annual World Development Report (WDR) is an invaluable guide to the economic, social and environmental state of the world today. Each year the WDR provides in depth analysis of a specific aspect of development. The WDR website contains general information about WDRs, and links to websites for several published WDRs and for the recent WDR 2009: Reshaping Economic Geography. Websites for each report contain detailed information about the theme, authors, and online consultations. You can also view/download full text, overviews, or background papers; access media resources or purchase the reports. 

Policy Research Reports
Policy research reports (PRRs) bring to a broad audience the results of research on development policy issues carried out by World Bank staff. The PRR website contains general information about PRRs, and links to websites for several published PRRs. These sites contain detailed information about the report and authors. You can also view/download full text or background papers or purchase the reports. 

Policy Research Working Papers
The Policy Research Working Paper Series disseminates findings of work in progress to encourage the exchange of ideas about development issues. Use the Document Search function to locate a policy research working paper by date, topic, type/series, language, and country/region.

World Bank Journals
Links to The World Bank Research Observer, intended for anyone with a professional interest in development, and the The World Bank Economic Review, a widely read scholarly economic journal.
