ABCDE 2006 was held May 29-30 in Tokyo, Japan, co-sponsored by the World Bank and Japenese Ministry of Finance. The theme of the conference was "Rethinking Infrastructure for Development". Sessions addressed several major topics related to infrastructure and growth, climate change, energy efficiency, rural development, agriculture and the implications for regional cooperation.
